In this white paper I go into detail about escaping phone addiction. I talk about going into the flow state and how beneficial it is to your work and your mind. I mention how important it is to have a dedicated space to work, as it helps create good working habits. I show some evidence of how distractions are more relevant today and harder to get rid of, causing a rise in ADHD, iPad use among children, and phone withdrawal symptoms. I suggest some things you could do if you find yourself using your phone too much and losing some quality on your work, such as putting your phone into a different room while you work, or creating a schedule dedicating times and days for you to work.
